The Gardens’ Clubhouse
The Clubhouse is available for rent only to The Gardens Homeowners, Members of the Association and to residents/tenants with a proper lease and a Clubhouse Rental and Responsibility Agreement signed by the Homeowner/Landlord and the tenant. Must be approved by the Homeowners Association.
Reservations on the Clubhouse is on a first come, first serve basis. A deposit may be required to hold the reservation, and there may be a non-refundable cancellation and/or cleaning fee. Please talk with the Homeowners’ Association for further details.
Annual Homeowners Meeting
The Gardens’ annual Homeowners Meeting is open to all homeowners and Members of the Association. We encourage all homeowners to attend and be actively involved in our wonderful community.

Time: 7:00 pm
